Vilofoss Group strengthens the management of the Danish subsidiary Vitfoss, where Bøje Kjær is appointed CEO of Vitfoss Denmark. He replaces Jacob Holm, who in the future focuses fully on his role as CEO of the entire Vilofoss Group.

Increased operational and strategic power

Bøje Kjær joined Vitfoss on April 1, 2016, but has a long career in the DLG Group, as well as having held positions in the Velux Group and CeramicSpeed.

In his new function as CEO, Bøje Kjær will be given full responsibility for Vitfoss Denmark, while Jacob Holm in the Vilofoss Group will now have time to focus even more on the strategic development of Vilofoss. At the same time, Bøje Kjær is appointed Group Vice President of the DLG Group, where he joins the Group Executive Committee. CEO of DLG Group Kristian Hundebøll looks forward to the effects of strengthened management:

"With the new management set-up in Vitfoss and Vilofoss, we are strengthening both the operational and strategic power. Premix & Nutrition are an important strategic area for DLG, and Vilofoss will continue to be a leading player in the market at home and abroad. Jacob Holm and Bøje Kjær are the right ones to further develop the business area, "says Kristian Hundebøll.

The Premix & Nutrition business area will deliver 25% of the DLG Group's earnings growth by 2021.
